The Journey To Mission

Over the years, this Florida-based duo has developed both their sound and friendship, taking the world of underground bass music by storm and achieving new heights in their careers. Eric and Andrew first performed in Denver at the Black Box in 2018. Since then, Eazybaked has leveled up, headlining at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom and the Ogden Theatre, as well as providing support at Red Rocks alongside groundbreaking legends such as Liquid Stranger, Ganja White Night, Subtronics, and Rezz.

Now, the Eazybaked boys have ventured onto their biggest headline show ever at Mission Ballroom. We have a complete rundown of the miraculous night if you missed it or just want to reminisce.

It was refreshing to see a lineup of diverse, experimental talent curated to seamlessly engage the crowd, allowing them to experience a range of different moments and emotions. There were times for dancing, connecting, singing, raging, and even crying. Eric and Andrew of Eazybaked consistently generate an infectious energy in their sound design and sets, which bring stages to life and resonate in the hearts of many.

A Recap Of The Evening With Eazybaked And Friends

The night began with an emotive set from The Bakers, a side project from Eazybaked. The Bakers build upon the duo’s creative visions and enhance their sonic capabilities, capturing the raw, down-tempo essence of Eazybaked.

Following an introspective journey from The Bakers, Cambot ignited the dancefloor with a heavily rap-influenced set. Renowned for his deep, ethereal, and vibrational sound, this unique producer was a proper fit for this lineup. Cambot’s extensive musical palette and crisp beats blared through the speakers as the crowd began to settle in.

After experiencing flight delays earlier this year when he was meant to open for Caspa and Rusko at Mission Ballroom, fans were ecstatic when Torcha arrived at the same decks. He was ready to cast us to the venomous depths of the dark and angry underground. Torcha commanded the crowd with vigorous tracks and 140-centric dubplates. Witnessing his indomitable artistry live was quite the treat and certainly worth the wait.

Jordn Moody and Snuffy teamed up for a dynamic performance that combined a variety of genres, creating a trap-infused whirlwind of experimental bass. These cutting-edge artists showcased their impressive abilities and mixing skills as they introduced unheard IDs and new collaborations. Their unique styles and stage presences meshed seamlessly, maintaining high energy throughout the set.

Parkbreezy, known for having soulful expression and dynamic rhythms in his lo-fi beats, took the stage next as the direct support act. The multi-instrumentalist and all:Lo collective co-founder showcased his electronic flair influenced by R&B, hip-hop, and jazz on the Mission Ballroom stage. He performed tons of new tracks, such as hits from his newly released EP, “Reflections.”

Their Time to Headline

The atmosphere was charged with electrifying energy as the highly anticipated headliner set from Eazybaked finally arrived. Everyone cheered as the duo started out with their hot, freshly baked, unreleased track with Daily Bread to get the party started. The pair continued to deliver one of the best sets of their careers, bringing out surprise guests like the iconic music mogul and voice-over artist Old Man Trap, who showcased his feature on a new song. Eazybaked closed out the night by performing their reflective hit, “Respawn,” with singer and bass producer Kayo joining them for a live rendition.

It was truly special to witness this meaningful performance and embrace the genuine vibes within the community that Eazybaked has created. Here’s a short snippet of what they had to say after the show on Instagram:

“This isn’t just a win for us but a win for our entire community. the folks who just want to do weird and cool shit stay true to it no matter what. to say life is insane and we are so grateful to be just wouldn’t cut it. THANK YOU.”Eazybaked
