Iconic Wave Producer Øfdream Immortalized in Tribute Compilation Album, Forever Ø

It’s been six months since Théo, known to us as Øfdream, passed on, but his legacy will stay in the hearts of music-makers and lovers forever. He was an icon and pioneer in wave music. His creativity and ability to seamlessly blend genres into a storytelling pulse of rhythm and sound were unmatched. And his artistry inspired producers to keep pushing the envelope in beat-making.

wavemob—which is the French producer’s label—wrote a moving post on social media,

He left behind him an outstanding legacy of pioneering sounds. His loss leaves a void that will never be filled. We send to all of his fans across the web, family and friends thoughts and prayers. We will never forget him. R.I.P Theo🖤

Gone, but never forgotten, vibe.digital decided to work with a few of his friends to curate a heart-warming tribute album called Forever Ø on the revered producer.

They also have an important message for all of us,

Loss can happen at any time. Remember to always talk to your family and friends about your thoughts. Asking for help is always a good idea. Spread love and care all around you. Be there.

Théo’s soul still resonates through his music and lingers on beyond the human loss. May the path he opened show us the way to create and unite without borders, to express the inner magician in all of us.

May the legacy of Øfdream live forever.

No track shies away from filling the room with emotion. And you can tell each producer poured their heart and soul into these songs.

The best contribution of this album is not only that they’re honoring their friend, but also all of the proceeds will go to the Pierre Deniker Foundation. This organization’s mission is to educate and de-stigmatize mental illness in France, as well as support survivors and their families.
