Well, well, well… they don’t say that we Hawks are “hunting music for you” for nothin’. Just when we thought we had taken our final scroll through social media apps before bed, something caught our eyes. Jade Gaines, the ever-so-lovely manager to Of The Trees, sent out this heartfelt teaser. It truly had us going, “AW… wait!?”

Yep, you read that right, “next body of work.”

Of The Trees has been properly crushing his return to live music the past few months. Armed with his 2019 EPs, Honeydust and Tangelwoods, which carry now scene staple soundscapes, he captivates the crowd every. damn. time. Between the BLAAP collabs, WIPs, and remixes alike, we can only wonder, “how much of this ‘next body of work’ have we already heard?” Hopefully, the wait on this one won’t be too long!

While we stand by for these upcoming releases, we can all just collectively think about the first time we heard “Spanish Moss” live and smile.

Just to be safe, you will not want to miss up any opportunity to catch Of The Trees rinse these new tunes live! Be sure to snag tickets for his upcoming shows here:

Elektricity [Pontiac, Michigan] – August 21
System Error [Los Angeles] – September 3
Imagine Festival – September 17
Wormhole x The Great Northern [San Francisco] – September 17
Meow Wolf [Santa Fe, New Mexico] – September 18
+ on The Neon Jungle Tour with CloZee!

UPDATE: Wait a minute, we see you Tyler…
