Happy Friday Hawks, we are back with another New Music Friday, and this list is HEFTY.
First things first, my beats? dead.
Volume four of We Are Deadbeats dropped today, and its a doozy. Fifteen tracks of straight fire, heat, gasoline. With an extensive list of collabs and remixes from the likes of Floret Loret, Blanke, Sippy, Chee, G-Rex, and so many more, we will definitely have this one on repeat. Please, do yourself a favor and clear your schedule to listen to this front to back.
A Electric Hawk fav, REZI
“Wannabe” featuring Cami Clune is the newest single from REZI out now via your favorite group of birds (us lol). The bouncy bass combining with Clune’s sensual vocals, oooooh, we can’t get enough.
Saucy new Super Future and Bagsss remix
This remix of Ned Flanders and A$AP Ferg’s “MADEINTYO” is next level sexy. I threw my hips out of socket before the intro was even over.
We’re caught in a Digital Daydream with Common Creation
Common Creation managed to perfectly combine experimental bass, glitch, dub, funk, trap, and psych all in one EP. Six tracks, not one just like the other, but all certified bangers. In other words, our minds = blown.
Sunny with a chance of Purple Clouds
Daily Bread just dropped his Purple Clouds EP via Philos Records. As expected it absolutely bangs. Filled with plenty of funky instrumentals and crisp beats.
You’re going to want to buckle up for this…
“Duck Hummus” is the newest drop from Sully via WAKAAN. All we can say about this track is what the duck…
This is “House Arrest.”
Listen, I would happily be on house arrest if it meant I got to listen to this Chris Lorenzo remix on repeat.
Last but certainly not least…
We can’t think of one time Whethan missed, and he’s not starting now.
Make sure you check out the full list of music dropping today/this whole week.
