Did you hear? Yesterday, GRiZ announced the debut of a virtual Winter-edition of Camp Kulabunga! The beloved wellness retreat will span two days and immerse attendees in an abundance of workshops. Get all the details below—you will not want to miss this!
Since 2018, Kulabunga has been the ultimate safe-space.
Typically held in Ortonville, Michigan, Kulabunga continuously offers a transformational getaway for many. GRiZ and friends annually host a range of workshops, from wellness activities, expressive arts, meditations, and more! In the past, this has been an intentionally tight-knit event, with only 100 tickets available. However, with the unexpected events of 2020, Camp Kulabunga went virtual last year. Although this was quite a bummer, it gave many more individuals the chance to participate.
We got a chance to speak with Anthony Botezatu, also known as Botez. As a producer and moderator for GRiZ live streams, he was eager to participate in the first virtual Kulabunga, last year. Check out his experience below!
Virtual Kulabunga was one of the biggest highlights of 2020 for me. Amidst all the chaos going on in the world, Kulabunga provided me the opportunity to unplug and connect with a beautiful community while focusing on self-empowerment and wellness. From Jacy Cunningham’s Art of Gratitude workshop to Michael McCarthy’s Yin & Yang of Mindful Movement, the entire program and its amazing leaders helped me reconnect with my mind, body and soul and I am grateful for the all the knowledge and love that was shared on that very special weekend.Botez, @botezmusic
Be a part of the FIRST ever Camp Kulabunga Winter Edition, February 20th-21st.
After the success of the last virtual Kulabunga and the continued stress of the world’s state, GRiZ decided to debut a Winter edition! Joined by some of his favorite leaders in the wellness realm, fans and friends alike will be treated to two days of interactive virtual workshops. Connection, creative inspiration, self-empowerment, radical inclusion, and so much more will be focused on throughout the weekend. Along with an abundance of workshops, attendees will receive a care package with exclusive weekend supplies via mail. Workshops will span from 10 AM-9 PM each day, with downtime for those much-needed screen breaks and meals, of course.
