Baclash returns with a renewed sense of purpose on his latest single, “I Wanna Go,” out now via the FMU Records imprint. Marking a fresh chapter in his artistic evolution, the track captures a shift toward more immersive and emotionally driven soundscapes. It’s a reintroduction that feels intentional, balancing introspection with forward momentum.

“It feels like we’re all carrying a kind of collective grief right now, a loss of certainty, direction, and what we thought life would look like. That’s where “I Wanna Go” came from & it’s one of my favorite songs I’ve ever made. It’s about that moment when staying no longer feels possible.

Poetically, two days before the deadline, I went to the mountains with Nitepunk and we rewrote the track into its final form. Sometimes collaboration is the catalyst that pushes things forward.”
So excited to have this out with FMU.

Big love to Nitepunk + FMU”

“I Wanna Go” and Find Our Clarity with Baclash

From the outset, we’re pulled into a dreamy, weightless soundscape, drifting through a chilled and distant atmosphere. The track unfolds like an echo chamber, a fragile voice cuts through the haze, whispering, “Please just let me go.” What follows is a surge of iridescent pulses, as waves of bass and shimmering synths crash in, surrounding us with an almost overwhelming intensity.

Caught in that rush, we chase the feeling, only for the voice to return, haunting and unresolved. Each cycle draws us back into those glowing textures, where warmth and tension blur together before slowly dissolving. As the track progresses, that sense of wandering gives way to clarity, guiding us toward a quieter, more grounded emotional space.

Baclash delivers a strikingly immersive track that feels both rejuvenating and deeply introspective. “I Wanna Go” builds with a subtle magnetism, sending chills as its layers unfold. It offers a sense of comfort for those caught in emotional limbo. By the final moments, what lingers isn’t just the sound, but a quiet sense of solitude and forward motion, as if the track itself has nudged you toward something new.
