Blending the full spectrum of his influences into one cohesive vision, parkbreezy is set to take over Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom for a special two-night run on August 7th and 8th. Known for weaving together elements of hip-hop, bass, downtempo, house, and breaks, this upcoming showcase offers something deeper than a typical headline set — it’s a deliberate exploration of duality.

Each night will highlight a different side of his sound, from beat-driven, live-instrumentation-focused performances to forward-thinking dance-floor energy, all tied together by the ethos behind the all:Lo collective. For fans, it’s not just a show — it’s a rare chance to experience the full scope of an artist’s evolution, one chapter at a time.

Two Nights, One Vision

Lauren Jeter: With a two-night run, you are given a unique opportunity to curate two completely different experiences. How are you designing each night’s vibe, and what inspired those choices?

parkbreezy: Both nights come from different parts of my musical identity. A big part of shaping each night was curating support that really embodies those worlds.

Night one is rooted in hip hop, beats, and the kind of live, improvisational energy that made me fall in love with making music in the first place. Having Borahm Lee brings that live, jazz-informed energy, coming from a background as a classically trained pianist who’s played in projects like Pretty Lights Live and Break Science, which have been inspiring my sound since the jump. Alongside that, STARFOX brings a different take on blending live instruments with electronic music. I’ve been a huge fan of his “Late Night Lovers” branded sets and mixes. Sycamore Sound helps round it out with that organic, groove-forward feel. I’m also excited to have STARFOX and eyelove join me during my performance to help breathe new life into my music for a special parkbreezy LIVE set.

Night two shifts towards breaks, 2-step, and house, and how the influences have shaped my sonic palette and how I think about rhythm and movement. Sam Binga is a huge anchor for that. His sets are known for blending UK club styles like jungle, footwork, and UKG into high-energy, genre-blending performances. Mikayli brings a bass-heavy perspective that still ties back to hip hop roots with an intention on sound system energy. Then TALEX, a long-time friend and collaborator, and Mama MK help push that house/UKG/breaks lane forward.

So the inspiration wasn’t just separating genres, it’s about building around each sound, where the support reinforces the feeling of each night.

parkbreezy has taken the steps to build something special

As we take a look back on these last few years, parkbreezy has quickly climbed the ladder of the Denver scene. From an all:Lo Collective takeover at the Black Box for Brunch Box in 2022, to direct support for Eazybaked at Mission Ballroom last year, we’ve had the sincere privilege of watching him grow and flourish as an artist. In 2024, he sold out the Black Box with a stacked lineup featuring TF Marz, Derlee, and Weselects. Another highlight of that year includes an insane b2b with Thought Process at Daily Bread’s Red Rocks show. Last year also marked a major milestone, as he sold out his first-ever Cervantes Ballroom headline while showcasing one of his other projects, Hoodie Weather.

Don’t be caught slackin’ because you won’t want to miss this homie hangout!

Lauren Jeter: If someone comes to both nights, what can they anticipate experiencing differently from one show to the next?

The connection is in the DNA of the artists themselves. A lot of the same influences like hip hop, bass culture, improvisation, sound system music, exist across both nights, but they’re expressed differently. If you’re there for both, you’ll hear how grooves, rhythms, and textures are expressed in different forms. The idea is to complete the full picture of where my sound comes from and where it’s going.

parkbreezy

One thing remains certain from every parkbreezy show we’ve experienced here in Denver: his attention to detail, thoughtful curation, and carefully selected support consistently come together to create an atmosphere that keeps everyone in the room grooving. We highly anticipate his upcoming two-night run at Cervantes Ballroom to sell out, so consider this your warning: don’t wait to lock in your tickets for this one!
