Please take a moment to reflect, process, and connect to the heartfelt journey that parkbreezy brings to everyone with his newest album Better Days released through all:Lo Collective. The collection of tracks showcases a reflection of pain, acceptance, and the slow, beautiful process of learning to process grief. A true remembrance from parkbreezy to share with everyone to stay hopeful and that “better days” are always ahead.

“A few years ago, I lost my childhood best friend. That grief cracked something open in me. Something raw, honest, and deeply emotional. I found myself retreating into music, using it as a way to process, to cope, and ultimately to connect. Music has always been how I communicate with the people in my life, whether it’s sharing a song I love or creating something new from a feeling I can’t quite put into words. This album is the result of years of that healing process.
Grief doesn’t end. It just changes. ‘Better Days’ is a reflection of that change, not an answer, but a companion.”

Reflect and sink into the collection of sounds with Better Days
While we consume the nature of Better Days, we fall into the soothing and nurturing tones that parkbreezy curated for us. Throughout each playthrough, we find new moments of clarity through the different warm textures, smooth R&B grooves, and soulful electronic melodies. Each track feels like a quiet, reflective, and uplifting nature that allows the listener moments of emotional renewal.
From tracks like “Behrooz” which holds a deeper meaning to parkbreezy himself. The name comes from his grandfather’s name in Farsi, which translates to “better days.” Introducing the audience to a more personal and vulnerable track that parkbreezy is trying to illustrate from the get-go. Which leads into the rest of the album so serenely. Following along come tracks “Do All I Can” and “Shady” that both reflect and radiate a warm, serene energy. Both blend lo-fi rhythms with rich R&B influences and soulful sampling that feels nostalgic. Slowly easing us through the emotional process of healing as we float through the introspective atmosphere.
Then smoothly transitioning into the vibrant track “Hold Me Close” as it shifts tones and tempo within the album. The track pulses with bright synths, lively percussion, and soulful undertones. This time, channeling this new energy of healing through movement and reflection. A much more uplifting tone as we glide through more warm and bright textures from parkbreezy.
This leads us to our favorite track of the album, “Pick Me Up,” which elegantly brings a reminder to everyone to stay hopeful. The bouncy track carries an uplifting spirit, blending playful rhythms that allow the listener to smile and gleefully dance along. Beneath its vibrant energy lies a tender reflection on grief. Allowing us to find grace and watch the sunlight break through the cloudy days.
Now we can find the hopefulness that comes with processing through the pain
As we reach the second half of the album, parkbreezy now carries us through this newfound outlook on life as we continue to process our grief. “Lie to Me” blends soothing drum and bass elements with a bittersweet comfort, as we further go on with our day. Elegantly, through the production, we fall into these distant memories and transcend into the nostalgic daydream tones. Then seamlessly transitioning into the next track, “Submotion,” which brings a more somber, quiet introspection tone. parkbreezy allows the listener a moment to embrace the ups and downs of grief in “Submotion.” This track is a reminder that healing isn’t always perfect.
Now leading us to the final moments of Better Days. We are welcomed with a comforting and soothing voice from MROSE with the track “Cold World.” parkbreezy encapsulates the beauty that comes with grieving into a luscious and hypnotic groove. Through the breezy tones and angelic vocals, we begin to feel this refreshing new perspective in our reality. And as we shift to the final two tracks, “Sultan” and “Better Days,” we are left feeling hopeful.
Nevertheless, Better Days becomes the perfect album that showcases a refreshing take on grief. With each listen through, a new lesson can be learned as you take in the healing album. Whether you need an album to get you through the hard moments or if you want a moment to remember someone dear to you, you can’t go wrong with playing parkbreezy’s new album Better Days.

“No matter what you’re going through, whether it’s grief or joy, heartbreak or renewal, better days are always out there. They don’t erase what’s behind you, but they give you something to reach for. This project is a reminder to stay grateful, stay open, and stay hopeful. Love hard. Love fast. And make this one life you’ve got count.”
