Post-pandemic was a very weird time, and I was overstimulated as an artist with all the newness in the music world. I’ve always performed with my band, but in the past, I had been too busy to embrace being a solo artist. ‘Monsters In My Head‘ is my breakout song into the world as my artist project FIGHTING the negative talk in my head.”
