Bandcamp has always been a great way to support your favorite artists. From merch to purchasing music and Bandcamp Fridays where they waive their cut of sales and give 100% of revenue directly to artists and labels, it has truly been ahead of the game. Now, Bandcamp has launched their brand new ticketed streaming service, Bandcamp Live.

While livestreams have been a new form of entertainment for many, it may not be the most sustainable source of income for artists. With Bandcamp Live, artists have the option to livestream at their own chosen ticket price with a 10% return rate to Bandcamp. Plus, as a user friendly platform, Bandcamp won’t be surprising fans by tacking on any additional service fees. Some features of Bandcamp Live will include notifying fans of new show announcements, a virtual merch table, and an optional chatroom.

As the cherry on top, Bandcamp will be waiving their fee for this service until March 31st, 2021. If you’re interested in streaming, head over to their website here to get the ball rolling!
