Hop on as TWERL and Heimanu take us to a distant dystopian realm with their joint hardwave collaboration, “Night Rider.” With an introduction of distorted vocals leading into a heart-pounding buildup and wide cinematic drop, the two Australian based producers continue to grow their resumes and make their mark on the evolving bass scene.

When ShockOne told us he was starting a new label, we knew we had the perfect track. ‘Nightrider’s’ dark and moody tone sounded like it would be a great fit for Dark Machine Records.”

TWERL, bringing his own darker elements into the song, has solidified his position in the music scene with an impressive history of releases on Mad Decent, Sony, Elysian Records, and more, also harnessing support from artists like Diplo and Alison Wonderland along the way.

On the other hand, Heimanu has forged his own respective lane in a genre classified as NuRave. Coupling “euphorically energetic builds, powerfully melodic drops, and lulling atmospheric breakdowns,” he carves a futuristic realm in which nobody else has touched. With an official remix for RL Grime under his belt, releases under Circus Records and DIM MAK, as well as a recent appearance on the Sable Valley Summer Vol. 1 compilation album, this is an artist you can expect to be seeing lots more of.

Together, TWERL and Heimanu ride headfirst into undiscovered territories of bass music with their newest release on Dark Machine Records.
