2025 is shortly coming to a close, and EAZYBAKED decided to gift us a gem of an album, The Antennae. This year was marked by immense growth and heartfelt connections for the dynamic duo, which they combined into one beautiful mosaic. As they navigated through new experiences and collaborations, their sound evolved, incorporating diverse influences that resonate deeply with their audience. Each track on the album tells a story, reflecting the highs and lows they encountered throughout the year, capturing the essence of their journey. Along with the hand-drawn collage artwork, it’s clear that EAZYBAKED poured their hearts into every note, aiming not just to entertain but to connect on a more profound level with each listener.

Similar to INTERTWINED (Remixes), The Antennae is another family affair
“WINGS” starts us off with a slow and eerie introduction, setting the tone for what is to come. The haunting melodies entwine with a subtle tension, gradually drawing the listener into a world filled with uncertainty and mystery. Next, “LemmeSeeU” is a bouncy one. Downtempo tracks paired with head-knocking bass are one of EZB’s specialties! Afterwards, “BRAKES” ft. their dear friend, Snuffy, ups the tempo a bit. This was their latest release before the album, and it is a dancefloor anthem. Try sitting still while this song plays, it’s impossible!
“Snake Plant” with Ranz is up next. This track starts nice and steady, establishing a captivating rhythm that draws listeners in before it unleashes into an eccentric array of rumbling bass that vibrates through every corner of the room.
Similarly, “Falling Into” ft. Ooga is just as grimy, with its gritty undertones and pulsating beats. This track takes you on a wild ride through soundscapes filled with raw energy and emotion, which are both Ooga and EZB’s best traits.
Although EAZYBAKED’s music style is truly undefined, “Brainrot” pays homage to their wobbly vibe. As the song progresses, it subtly shifts in tone, showcasing their unique ability to experiment while staying true to their artistic roots. Following is a fan favorite, but with a twist. The boys introduce a VIP version of “WYAWYS” with Daggz that goes even harder than the original! With each pulse and drop, the track magnifies the intensity, confirming it’s a standout anthem in their growing discography. Next is another heater featuring Digital Ethos, “CODED.” The bassline is slow and groovy before exploding into a dynamic tension that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats.

Next, “The Antenna” has a creepy-crawling nature-esque vibe. This unsettling yet captivating ambiance draws us closer, intrigued as we ride along the soothing baseline. Second to last is “DREAMS” ft. their bestie, tiedye ky. tdk’s vocals carry wonderfully over the happy, upbeat melody. It’s giving electronic with a hint of indie! Not only does this song pull at your heartstrings, but it also has a beat that will keep you groovin’. Last but not least is “The Reason Why,“ the perfect track to close out the album. This song serves as a soothing finale and an emotional experience, paired eloquently with a Mac Miller sample. The combination of these elements evokes a sense of nostalgia, ultimately leaving us with a lasting impression long after the final notes fade away.
In conclusion, EAZYBAKED has had an outstanding year, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation in their projects, and The Antennae brings it all full circle, serving as a testament to their artistic evolution and commitment to excellence.
