“This release is comprised of music made during/after a very difficult period post-relocation to a new city. People With Faces alludes to a disconnected affect I experienced in the past 8 months where I was surrounded by people, none of which were familiar. I myself felt faceless as I plummeted into a period of depersonalization where I didn’t feel as though I knew myself, my goals, my meaning or my place in the lives of others.”

BackLeft - People With Faces Artwork

“The artwork depicts the emptiness I felt walking through crowded streets and cluttered stores where nothing made sense. The art and the music on this release are raw, chaotic, confusing and overwhelming to represent the mental state of the last 8 months. I’m feeling better now! I’ve recognize myself again and appreciate the presence of those around me, so it’s time to part with this one.”
