When the warm weather comes around, festival season begins its run, and you’re ready for new adventures – house music is the perfect way to kick off the change of season.
This is my favorite time of year – spring is blooming, along with dance music. As artists gear up for touring and festival season, we can often find some of the year’s best songs and releases coming up. Whether you are getting ready for work, caravaning to a festival, or enjoying a hot girl walk, here are some of my favorite hand-picked house tracks this year.
“Voyage”- Chyl, Cesqeaux, Never Sleep
Chyl has been a rising star over the past year – entering the scene straight out of finance, she has quickly worked to showcase her talent and style. Chyl brings a new edge to dance music, reviving phonk and speed house by making fast and electric tracks. The song captures bright vocals along with a groovy and bouncy bassline that is near impossible to forget.
“What Do You Want”- Honey & Badger, Haylee Wood
Haylee Wood delivers undeniable vocals, while Honey & Badger brings his classic upbeat, warm, and bright production techniques. The dichotomy between the two sounds in the track is something unforgettable.
“Sippin’ Yak” – Cloonee
Cloonee has also been rising up the ranks, creating tracks with vocals that are catchy and unique. This track is perfect for any daytime fun – with an electric groove to push through anything.
“RIZZ” – AYYBO
AYYBO has been delivering release after release – this track especially works for any hot girl walk, bringing groove and confidence.
“Costa” – SG Lewis, Chloe Caillet
SG Lewis never fails to deliver a track with magic in it – perfect for spring. There is a certain energy to this track that is unforgettable and brilliant.
‘Manifest” – Coco & Breezy
This track by Coco & Breezy has been my favorite this year by far – the song provides an upbeat energy that is dually emotive. With meaningful lyrics about life, manifestation, and success – this is a surefire way to set the mood for any scenario.
