The epic return to Mulberry Mountain continues to build thrilling excitement for the renowned WAKAAN Music Festival as they reveal their 2022 lineup! From September 28th – October 1st, 2022, the WAKAAN community returns into the woods of Arkansas to reveal their third eye for an unforgettable weekend. Nevertheless, excitement grows as we eagerly wait to gather and watch the emerging artist roster of WAKAAN shine. A family reunion back at Mulberry Mountain!
After a small hiatus, the family comes back together in the mountains. Certainly, we are thrilled to see veterans return for this year, like Champagne Drip, Jantsen, LSDREAM, Mersiv, Of The Trees, Shlump and Truth. Additionally, some massive debuts for the festival this year are CloZee, Opiuo, Ravenscoon, Ternion Sound, and Wreckno. Meanwhile with some intergalactic surprises that will blast us to the next galaxy, Emancipator and STS9 join us at Mulberry too. While also including some stacked takeovers from Deep Dark Dangerous, GRL GANG, MorFlo Records and Street Ritual!
Looking at this jampacked lineup, we are excited to see the emerging artists we have watcged grow over the past years! Artists like A Hundred Drums, Canabliss, Kumarion, NotLö, Redrum, Tape B, Super Future, Superave, Zingara, and many more! The growth and empowering energy we are about to witness will be unmatched as they illuminate the stage! And we don’t forget to make it their earlier to witness the stellar Pre-Party Lineup with a massive B2B from Liquid Stranger and LSDREAM.
Lastly, we can’t forget the spirit that is bringing us all together for this weekend: Liquid Stranger. The endless journey we are about to embark on at home base. Countless possibilities on where our minds and spirit are gonna be taken and we can’t wait to see what the captain has in store for us!
Nonetheless, the thrills to return are growing immensely as we look at the lineup. Never a dull moment in the curation of what WAKAAN has in store for us in the Fall. Equally, there is a little bit for everyone’s musical taste buds to savor and maybe something new to indulge in. Already cementing themselves as a festival to not miss this Fall, now we wait eagerly!
