Ahead of his debut album Dawn, Quiet Bison has just released “Waiting for You” with vocalist wilo wilde. The vastly innovative track is the second single from Dawn, following “High Like This” featuring Reo Cragun in 2020. ‘Waiting for You” is out now on Ultra Records.

“Waiting for You” sounds like what taking a deep breath feels like.
The track begins with an atmospheric introduction that slips into the dreamy vocal sounds of wilo wilde. The chorus brings glitch and distortion on the kick and is paired with an electro-pop-infused melody maintained throughout. Quiet Bison has created a song with movements and parts, simultaneously distinctive and cohesive.
Sometimes, the perfect sounds come from taking it slow.
After speaking about this with wilo I wanted to turn her feelings towards her lyrical content and make it sound really vibrant and interesting. It took some months perfecting this one with everyone involved but I’m really glad we were patient and kept with it because I’m really happy with it.
Quinn Brown, aka Quiet Bison
Quiet Bison has been garnering attention in the future bass realm since their 2018 release of Trials and Tribulations. With accolades from dance music monsters such as Skrillex, What So Not, Flume, and Alison Wonderland, we know that the Portland-based producer’s career is at its infancy and is destined for greatness. We are (im)patiently waiting for the masterpiece that is Dawn, the debut album from Quiet Bison.
We are loving “Waiting for You” from Quiet Bison x wilo wilde, and we know you will too. Stream it here:
