“The name ‘I Contain Flashing Images’ came from when I had been asked to put a warning frame at the start of my videos. After doing animation for teasers, YouTube visualizers, concert visuals, and even some for other performing artists, flashing images was like this mandatory element to fully represent the excitement of the music or whatever context it was in. I wasn’t just going to slap a warning label on every single visual I did. Instead, I decided to make it an album, and a part of my brand forever. Now no one can say I didn’t tell them so. I make uncomfortable visuals. My brand is now a warning sign for it.”

Immediately, the dazzling pixelated glares that surround our peripherals draw us in. Once the beams begin to dim, the picturesque landscape comes into reality. A pixel-dreamscape that lies with beauty for us to frolic and explore. No Mana shares the different fluttering emotions of being astonished by the new environment. “Falling in Love” featuring fellow friends vowl. and Leyla Diamondi becomes a prime example of engulfing oneself in the everlasting joy from the sparkling realm. While getting the opportunity to release the stresses in our real-world reality, No Mana showcases a proper escape to be in touch with our feelings. And within this new Sparkle Dimension, we get to be in touch with the rollercoaster sense of wanderlust and nostalgia, with other tracks like “Everlasting” featuring EMSKI and “Lost Call.“
This dimension surpasses our expectations with luscious and hypnotic soundscapes. While we fall through an iridescent pixelated spiral, we begin to feel the energy boost and leveling up energy fuel us. Our heartbeat rises as the rush of newfound strength overtakes us. And we look ahead into the chromatic landscape, we see there is a heroic battle to be fought in this world!

Ahead of us, we notice the dooming clouds beginning to head towards us. The tension hanging in the air demands that we take our battle stance. Although we may not be equipped for combat, No Mana prepares us through the sonic pushes from tracks like “Roadburn,“ “City2City,“ and “Garage17.” While we get into the battle mindset, we gather to get fully armored up to the maximum capacity. Through the rumblings comes the historic-pixelated tale that will forever be engraved in this dimension. And No Mana fully grasps ahold of us through our nerves with his track “Hopeless” featuring Feed Me and Brettie Scott.
While we wander through the somber atmosphere, the enclosed tension shifts slowly. Then, we come into the hypnotic trance that is “Luxor Aeterna” again featuring Leyla Diamondi. The hypnotic and thumping bassline, makes our head fall into a spell. Naturally, building up electricity within our bodies as the vibrations re-energize our health. Now fully reaching max level, through the sonic booms “Luxor Aeterna” brings us to our full transformation of a hero.

Before we return to our dimension, No Mana gives us a chance to reflect on the beauty in this pixel dimension. The album completes a singular mission of allowing each spirit to fully escape into whatever reality they want to be a part of. Whether you want to be an adventurer, a warrior, a hero, or whatever comes to mind, No Mana gives anyone the chance to be just that. We just have to prepare ourselves and have an open mind in entering this foreign territory.
