It has become an incredible tradition over the past few years to return to Red Rocks to celebrate with the hypnotic soul snatcher Rezz for her annual event. 2024, marking Rezz Rocks’ VI, has made waves at the amphitheater. This year, featuring an all-female lineup, such as artists like Maddy O’Neal, VEIL, Ninajirachi, and Hawk Eye 2024 Artist Mantra Sounds, the show maintained incredible energy from beginning to end. While already making a statement with an all-female lineup, after much attention, it also became the first-ever all-female lineup in Red Rocks’ history!
Already cultivating such incredible energy for such an amazing event, Rezz, the Hypnovizion team, and the whole Cult of Rezz audience ensured that the immaculate energy from each event during Rezz weekend was memorable for anyone who attended.
Rezz Weekend in Colorado is always a time to reunite!
We are no strangers when Rezz comes to Colorado. From the different iterations over the years, Rezz Rocks VI felt utterly special this time around. As we entered the venue, seeing the massive display of fashionable Rezz attire for the occasion and fans with their fresh new goggles that Rezz released for everyone to partake in, it was all smiles throughout.
We loved seeing the crowd come together and hype up each artist before the main event. From the uprising talent of Mantra Sounds bringing a combination of experimental bass and rap to Ninajarchi, unleashing sonic waves not familiar in Denver through bounce and electroclash sounds. VEIL delivers the cryptic dark elements to drum and bass, new IDs, and stunning visuals. Finally, leading up to Maddy O’Neal, a true legend, grasping the energy of the crowd in such a captivating manner.
Once we got to the main event, we had the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the crowd’s atmosphere. Between the murmurs of excitement in the stands and the kindness and love shared amongst one another, we felt safe and beyond the joy that lies within the Cult of Rezz fanbase. As Rezz stepped on stage, everyone was ready to enjoy the show! Displaying an array of tracks that fans have been craving to classics, the whole show felt timeless.
Another chance to feel the love that the Rezz community built!
Another year, we attended the Hypnovizion Pop-Up before Rezz’s Throwback set at Mission Ballroom. The aura of the crowd felt welcoming. We were able to reunite with old friends in town for the event and also make new ones along the way. From the tattoos, merch sales, and incredible music being played by Hypnovizion artists, it was the perfect aura to prepare anyone who was getting ready to go back in time later that evening!
Rezz Rocks Weekend is always an incredible time to reunite and get hypnotized for the weekend. It truly has cemented itself to become one of our favorite traditions every year at Red Rocks. And 2024 has solidified being one of the best Rezz Rocks we have attended yet!
