Hot off the heels of Seth David‘s annual R&BASS Vol. 4 mix and CHOZEN’s Duality EP with Noetika, the powerhouse duo has come out swinging with their massive debut collab. “Monsters” shows CHOZEN and Seth David firing on all cylinders – combining old-school swagger with mind-warping sound design in a hypnotic flow. It begins with a sinister lurking tension, like a prowling creature waiting to pounce. The rumbling bass growls as an ominous bell tolls in the distance. There’s something dangerous ahead…
The track builds like a racing heart, with the sudden ferocity of its thundering beat. The synths gear up, and the anticipation grows. But nobody could’ve prepared for what comes next… “You’re a monster!” The high-voltage drop hits like a battle of two titans. A relentless force that ensnares us with an irresistible momentum. Dark pulsing rhythms drive the ferocious energy forward. With every call and response, we are treated to another formidable display of sonic wizardry.
As the track fades into echoes, one can’t help but reflect on the masterful display of Seth David and CHOZEN’s thunderous production caliber. With two artists whose chemistry seems so natural, this collab feels long overdue.
