Sitting at 9,000 feet in Park County, Colorado, Badger Music Festival takes attendees to one of the darkest populated areas in the entire state. Away from the chaos of the world and into the celestial realms of the starry night sky, this festival summons all fairies and woodland creatures to a sacred shared space of pure intention and genuine connection.
With three stages of high-fidelity sound, the organizers deliberately placed the event during a prolific meteor shower and a new moon. Badger Music Festival aims to build something beyond just the music and art, but a built-in community that’s centered around giving back to the earth and one another through creative expression and conscious change. For the Thursday Meteor Shower Pre-Party, Electric Hawk encourages attendees to arrive early to experience the magic of your ceiling being the Milky Way. Thursday is Jamtronic Night with live-infused electronic sets under an open sky featuring 3420, Lucid Vision, Eliptek+ and more. As the sun falls below the mountains, amplified music will give way to ambient soundscapes for the remainder of the evening. No strobes. No lasers. Just low frequencies, open air, and a sky that refuses to stop moving.

Terrawave
The Crystal Pavilion holds sacred energy as a space for creation and sonic exploration. Terrawave is a group fitting of these vibes, known for their experimental electronic rock and blending of instrumentation. Based out of Denver, the band formed in 2023, utilizing guitars, keys, and live drums with heavy experimental electronic bass production. The group was previously all in a jam band together that broke up and reformed into what Terrawave is today. Adam and Keagan have been playing together in various bands since their garage band days when they were 13, and Dustyn grew up playing music with his family.
They all moved to Denver in 2017 and have had the opportunity to open up for Mersiv at the Belly Up in Aspen for their debut in 2023, playing for him again at Red Rocks in 2024. The rising stars also played at Meow Wolf opening up for Evanoff, Cervantes opening up for Honeycomb, Jimkata, and Homemade Spaceship. Fans can expect lots of new and unreleased music, some coming out soon, and they also shared that there will be a few bass music surprises specific to this Badger set!

Closing out the night will be another artistic-minded group, 3420. Just down the road in the mountainous town of Fort Collins lives this wondrous electronic music band. Fusing instrumental improvisation and bass with a collage of different genres, this trio puts listeners through whimsical emotional states, evoking sensations with their enlightening soundscapes and feel-good jamtronica.
Working with a multitude of legendary names such as Papadosio, Dirtwire, CloZee, Ternion Sound, K.L.O, and Sunsquabi, this flourishing trifecta is striking chords in the scene. We can’t wait to witness them bless their auditory art form at the Crystal Pavilion during the meteor shower to really kick off Badger Music Festival with their radiant and spirited atmosphere.
Margi Flows b2b Mara Jade
Starting off Friday will be Denver native Mara Jade, a singer, songwriter, and DJ bringing a soulful, genre-bending presence to Colorado’s underground music scene. Rooted in early influences of lofi-pop and future bass, Mara has continuously evolved her sound, incorporating rich, emotive RnB and soul vocals into her music. A frequent collaborator across Denver’s underground experimental bass landscape, she bridges the gap between deep, atmospheric sound design and vulnerable, vocal-driven storytelling. Whether on the decks or playing guitar, Mara Jade delivers a distinct sound that feels both grounded and exploratory, pushing the boundaries of contemporary vocal electronic music.
Margi Flows is an RnB singer from Durango, CO also joining the slot time. Each artist will have their own half hour sets at Bliss Temple, both doing more of a songwriting set with an added guitar for Mara Jade’s performance.
Dark City Agent
Playing Friday evening at the Bliss Temple, Dark City Agent is known for entrancing listeners through a psychedelic, soulful journey and expedition through sound. The mastermind behind the project, Robbie DelPrete, showcases his creative vision and evolving artistic direction, as each minute of a Dark City Agent sets invite you to sink deeper into the rabbit hole as they effortlessly blend moments of introspection with infectious rhythms and unique textures.
Between the stunning cinematography and the thoughtful musical curation, it would be near illegal to miss out on the fascinating project and its approach on live performances. At a time when much of the underground can feel content with familiar formulas, Dark City Agent chooses to take a creative risk, proving that innovation doesn’t require sacrificing authenticity. By pairing the grandeur of nature with deeply immersive grooves, they deliver an experience that feels both cinematic and audibly enriching, leaving fans captivated by a vision that continues to push underground electronic music with fresh perspectives.
Vinja
If you don’t know Vinja, the OG has been cultivating a catalog of dance-floor-friendly tracks since the turn of the century. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, the producer was immersed in a thriving electronic music community and witnessed firsthand the birth of the West Coast bass movement. Blending glitch-hop, half-time, breakbeats, and dubstep with heavy references to the golden age hip-hop of the 80s and 90s, Vinja’s style reflects the rich and eclectic musical culture of San Francisco’s past and present.
His sets are filled to the brim with high-energy and layered with exciting textures. Equally respected behind the decks, Vinja is a skilled turntablist whose precise scratching and rhythmic cuts inject a distinct hip-hop sensibility into his DJ sets, making for an illuminating live experience. His live DJ performances reflect the many flavors, textures, tempos, and genres that inspire his own productions, weaving together seamless mixing and live scratching to create a limitless environment of musical intersections for captivated crowds. Be sure to catch him Friday night at the Crystal Pavilion.
LLIYAH
Showcasing new originals, LLIYAH is an up-and-coming producer and DJ making waves in the Denver scene, showcasing her many talents and gracing iconic decks such as the renowned venue, The Black Box. The young icon wears many hats in the industry as a flow performer, singer/songwriter, musician, and overall creative artist. This multifaceted baddie is blessing the Sound Shrine stage with her visionary style and unique presence to the crowd on Saturday.
Absnt
Known for his excruciatingly intricate production and dynamic sound, absnt stays obliterating systems with his original, relentless artistry, blending extraordinary basslines with razor-sharp percussion and exhilarating intensity. Hailing from Denver, Colorado, absnt shapes a diverse production craft that spans from left-field beats to intensely heavy tracks, captivating audiences with unpredictability and inspiration.
Heavy, industrial beats forcefully command listeners to dismal, underground domains in absnt sets, stacked with booming artillery and deep frequencies. Each drop starts a new journey, unveiling layers of distortion and rhythms that pulse through you until the last second. This performance is one we highly recommend – so don’t miss your chance and be at the Sound Shrine stage Saturday evening.
Solfower
Based out of Denver, Colorado, Solflower is a multidimensional live electronic music project dreamt up by classically-trained opera singer, songwriter, and DJ, Jenny Thompson. Constantly marinating in global styles, she finds herself vocally activated by the mystical melodies of many cultures, such as those found in her Jewish heritage, indigenous medicine, music, and Hindustani raags, to name a few. Coupled with the metaphysical experiences and inspired by the concept of a “ancient future,” Solflower seeks to bridge the gap between humanity, primal desire to connect with the healing frequencies of earth, and the potential of technology to create music that accelerates human evolution.
Solflower’s set is sure to fuse a variety of styles and touch the souls of each audience member through her live vocals, original lyrics, undeniable rhythms, and universal sounds from psychedelic bass to orchestral trip hop, deep soulful house, or jungle inspired soundscapes- the possibilities are limitless. She also teased that she’ll be playing out a ton of new music.
Solflower and her partner Brandon (BKellZ) are also curating the brand new stage called the Bliss Temple this year, and it is sponsored by their entertainment company, Blissful Boogie, along with hosting a ladies takeover on Saturday as well! The activities and coming together of community at Badger really make it hard to not have an absolute blast.
Sunday Brunch with Badger Music Festival
Sunday Brunch will feature a soirée with a “Best Dressed” contest and delectable performances from special guests on some Funktion 1’s. Attendees and creatives will gather together for one last time to celebrate the community of Badger, reflect on the weekend, and say their goodbyes.
Badger Music Festival will also feature fire and flow performances throughout the weekend, coordinated by Chloe (aka faire.goodvibes) along with tons of other workshops, yoga, art, and holistic healing journeys that await you.
